I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?  

Once payment is completed we will get your item ready to be shipped. The standard processing time for orders is estmated to complete within 3-5 business days.

Once ur order is ready for delivery we will have to wait for our 3rd party delivery service Ninja Van/ J&T Express or Speedpost to pickup the items. During NCB there will be additional days of delay estimated 3-4 Business days for pickup by our 3rd party delivery service. Once they pickup your order, delivery will be Estimated about another 2-6 Business days to reach you.

We truly hope your kind understanding and patience during this difficult. 
We will definitely send you another Email once your order is ready for delivery. 

  • For Self Collection : Our Sales Team will contact you again via Email or Whatsapp for you to select available Time Slot. Mon-Sun 10am-10pm)  (via Contactless Pickup Only)
  • Ninja Van/J&T Express/ Speedpost Tracking Mail: Estimated 2-6 Business days. Please keep in mind that during National Circuit Breaker,holidays, Festives Season or limited edition launches, this time may vary. We will notify you when it has been sent. Thank you for your patience.  
  • SingPost Ordinary Normal Mail: Estimated 2-4 Business days 

Please Note, For Ordinary Normal Mail by SingPost for Low orders and Non Fragile Items:

**We are not liable for any Loss or damage item caused by SingPost therefore we highly recommend to select a shipment that comes with tracking information such as Nina Van Tracking or Speedpost Tracking.

Fragile items such as Eyeshadow, glass packaging, liquid items and high orders must be delivered via Ninja Van or Speedpost Tracking Only. Ninja Van or Speedpost Tracking will be delivered estimated within 2-4 working days.

Please keep in mind that during National Circuit Breaker, holidays, high orders, Festives Season or limited edition launches, this time may vary. We will notify you when it has been sent. Thank you for your patience.

CAN I RUSH MY ORDER? 

Popular Products Such as The Ordinary Skincare, Inkey List n some other Popular Cosmetics are easily running low stock but not to worry We aim to restock all Products every week. Please contact us to check for Stock availability.  

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?  

No, once you place an order it is final.      

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?

Trusting a supplier and being assured of the authenticity of a product is a major concern for consumers when looking to buy online.

Not to Worry! We are Singapore Business Registered. Every single product sold on this website is absolutely New (Not Expired) and 100% Authentic! GUARANTEED!

If you feel any product you have purchased from Fairyglowsg is anything less than absolutely authentic or Expired, return it! That's it.

HOW TO CHECK THE EXPIRY DATE OF YOUR COSMETICS?

The shelf life varies depending on the type of beauty product.

Few ways to check:

WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING?  

  • Singpost Ordinary Normail, Ninja Van Tracking or Speedpost Tracking.
  • Self collection is available with appointment at Punggol Drive.
  • For overseas shipping : Currently we only ship Within SIngapore Only  

DO I GET CHARGED FOR RE-DELIVERY?
If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it; Ninja Van or Speedpost will contact you again for re-deliver on the next available date. Please note, there is a re-delivery fee of S3.90 SGD if your delivery fails twice. For re-delivery, the processing time will take up to 3 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes.

For international orders, please email us at sales@fairyglowsg.com and we will follow-up with your request.

I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?  

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during holidays, High Orders, Festives Season or limited edition launches.  

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?  

All sales are final.

Please note, Fairyglowsg reserves the right to refuse all returns.  In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip.  We regret that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges unless the return was due to our error.  Products must be returned in new and in original packaging. If your product arrived either damaged or defective, please contact us right away.

If you would like to return an order:  

1. Contact us at sales@fairyglowsg.com to receive return instructions and address.

2.Ship us the returned item(s) with the original packaging, including any associated free products or gifts along with the returned order.  

3. Once we have received your package, your refund will be issued in the original payment method within 7 business days. Refunds are made to the original form of payment (e.g: Bank Transfer, Paynow or DBS Paylah). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any applicable duties and taxes from international orders.  

4. We are unable to offer exchanges.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?  

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at sales@fairyglowsg.com with your inquiry.  

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?  

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Fairyglowsg member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

For Singapore Delivery Information:  We ship via Singapore Post : Ordinary Normail Mail, Speedpost Tracking or Ninja Van Home Delivery. If u prefer to Opt for Ninja Van Self collection point please Contact us for available slots.
